If you are not completely satisfied with an item you receive, return it to us. No need to call or email. Just fill out the form in your package you received and mail the item(s) back to us. It’s that simple. If you do not have a return form please use the link below to view a printable version (coming soon). A return form must be sent with all returned items to avoid delays in processing.
Return & Exchange
All returns must meet these requirements:
- We will gladly accept for exchange or return any unworn or unused merchandise that does not completely satisfy your needs for up to 30 days after your purchase. We will honor the return or exchange in the same manner that the merchandise was purchased at the original price. Some exceptions and restrictions may apply to select merchandise.
- Please do not use the original manufacturer’s packaging (i.e. skate box) as the sole return shipping box. Any package returned with shipping labels directly attached to it will be denied.
- Custom ordered merchandise is NOT returnable or exchangeable under any circumstance.
Please allow 3-5 business days for processing all returns or exchanges.
Skates and Sticks
We will gladly accept returns or exchanges of sticks and skates that are unused, unworn and in an unaltered condition. We cannot accept products that incurred heat molding, sharpening, physical destruction, tape application or any other alternation. All stick warranties must be completed through the manufacturer.
PLEASE DO NOT SEND DEFECTIVE OR BROKEN STICKS BACK TO Northland Pro Shop. All stick warranties go directly through the manufacturer. Please contact the manufacturer below to complete your stick warranty:
